We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Engineer (all genders) to join our in-house software development team remotely on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).

Your role - what’s waiting for you
- As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing tailored solutions for our business processes, and you will enjoy contributing to the ongoing development of industry-specific products and add-ons.
- You will be the primary point of contact for the technical product responsibility of the respective solution and will work with other Software Engineers to define the overall architecture.
- You will manage a development team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget, while keeping an overview of all responsibilities.
Dein Profil - das bringst du mit
- You have strong communication skills in German (at least C1) and English (at least B1).
- We consider both formal education and experience as equally valuable. Did you drop out of formal education or take an alternative educational path? We recognize and appreciate your commitment and understand that life doesn’t always follow a straight path.
- You have several years of experience in managing projects in the Java Enterprise environment, ideally with common frameworks like Spring and/or application servers like Wildfly, as well as frontend experience with React or Angular.
- You have deep knowledge of software system design and integrating a wide variety of interfaces. Ideally, you have expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), such as with Keycloak, and data pipelines, such as with Kafka.
